Sponsored by Partnership Prudhoe Community Partnership, this one day workshop, led by the award winning charity Mortal Fools, is for anyone leading community groups or working in local charities in the Prudhoe area as staff, volunteer or trustee. It will help you deal with the personal impact of managing an increasing workload with ever decreasing resources, to get your message across and stay confident and optimistic in the day-to-day challenges ahead. It teaches practical ways to build resilience and hold on to your vision when the going gets tough. This workshop also explores ways to create low stress workplace environments and organisational cultures. By building resilience to the challenges of everyday work and life, we can also boost motivation, creativity and productivity in community work.
