Prepare your body for labour by becoming fitter, stronger and healthier. Lose body weight and get back your pre-natal figure. Key target areas include rehabilitation on the pelvic floors and core strength. Babies welcome during classes. Precious bonding time for you and your baby. Regain your self-confidence and gain mummy friends for life.

Starting in June our classes are £4.50 per session and will run weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays. Register for your free session now.
